Ingredients
  

For Coffee Base

  • Strong brewed coffee chilled: 300 ml
  • Ice cubes: 1½ cups

For Sweet Cream Foam

  • Unsweetened oat milk: 200 ml
  • Coconut cream: 40 ml
  • Vegan caramel syrup: 2 tablespoons
  • Maple syrup: 1 teaspoon
  • Sea salt: ⅛ teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract: ¼ teaspoon

Instructions
 

  • Pour chilled brewed coffee evenly into two tall glasses.
  • Add ice cubes generously to each glass.
  • Add oat milk, coconut cream, caramel syrup, maple syrup, sea salt, and vanilla into a blender.
  • Blend for 25–30 seconds until thick, silky, and foamy.
  • Spoon sweet cream foam slowly over iced coffee.
  • Drizzle extra caramel lightly on top if desired.
  • Sip immediately before the foam settles emotionally.
