Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups brewed coffee 480 ml
  • 1 cup soy milk 240 ml
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Brew 2 cups coffee (480 ml) using preferred brewing method.
  • Heat 1 cup soy milk (240 ml) in a saucepan over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  • Whisk in 1 tablespoon cocoa powder and 2 teaspoons maple syrup until smooth.
  • Add ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract and mix well.
  • Froth mocha soy milk mixture for 30 seconds.
  • Pour coffee evenly into mugs.
  • Add mocha soy milk mixture and serve immediately.
