  • Vegan milk almond/oat/soy 1¼ cups
  • Chai spice mix ½ tsp
  • Ground cinnamon ¼ tsp
  • Ground ginger A pinch
  • Brown or coconut sugar 1–1.5 tsp
  • Vanilla extract ¼ tsp optional

Instructions
 

  • Brew 2 shots espresso, strong like your morning resolve.
  • Warm 1¼ cups vegan milk in a saucepan with chai spices and ginger.
  • Simmer lightly for a minute—just enough to release aroma.
  • Froth spiced milk until creamy cloud perfection.
  • Stir 1–1.5 tsp sugar into espresso, then pour spiced milk over it.
