- 2 cups raw almonds
- ¼ cup strong brewed coffee
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper optional
- ½ tsp sea salt
Heat coffee, sugar, honey, cinnamon, and cayenne in a saucepan over medium heat until bubbly.
Toss in almonds and stir until coated.
Spread the almonds on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes, stirring once.
Sprinkle with sea salt and let cool.
