Ingredients
  

  • Instant coffee 2 tbsp
  • Coconut sugar 1½ tbsp
  • Hot water 2 tbsp
  • Oat or almond milk 1½ cups
  • Vegan cream coconut cream preferred 2 tbsp
  • Ground cinnamon ¼ tsp
  • Nutmeg A pinch
  • Ice cubes 1–1¼ cups

Instructions
 

  • Whisk 2 tbsp coffee + 1½ tbsp sugar + 2 tbsp hot water until satin-smooth and airy.
  • Add ¼ tsp cinnamon + pinch nutmeg, whip with sass and purpose.
  • Fill two glasses with ice + 1½ cups vegan milk.
  • Fold in 2 tbsp coconut cream for silky richness.
  • Spoon whipped topping over and swirl like you own the barista counter.
