This Spiced Maple Bourbon Fizz blends bourbon with maple syrup and fall spices for a fizzy, festive cocktail.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 1 oz pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Club soda
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Mix Ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz bourbon, 1 oz maple syrup, 1/2 oz lemon juice, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp nutmeg.
  • Shake: Add ice cubes to the shaker. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
  • Strain: Strain the mixture into glasses filled with ice.
  • Top: Top with club soda and stir gently.
  • Garnish: Optional—garnish with a cinnamon stick or a lemon twist.
