- ¾ cup brewed and chilled espresso or strong coffee
- ½ frozen banana
- ¾ cup oat milk or almond milk
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or 2 soft pitted dates
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg or cardamom spice it up!
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cubes
Brew coffee in advance and chill it (plan ahead, we’re adults now).
In blender, combine coffee, banana, milk, almond butter, maple syrup, salt, and spices.
Add vanilla extract and ice cubes.
Blend until creamy, smooth, and highly photogenic.
Pour into glass, sprinkle cinnamon if you're feeling dramatic.
