  • 1-2 fresh red chilies sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Coffee Ice Cream Sundae:

  • 2 cups coffee ice cream
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1 tablespoon crushed nuts optional
  • 1 tablespoon espresso powder for garnish

Instructions
 

For the Spicy Cucumber Salad:

  • Slice cucumbers and red onion thinly.
  • Toss them together in a large mixing bowl.
  • Slice the red chilies and add them to the mix.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey.
  • Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss gently.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro and season with salt and pepper.

For the Coffee Ice Cream Sundae:

  • Scoop coffee ice cream into serving glasses.
  • Top with whipped cream and drizzle chocolate syrup generously.
  • Sprinkle with crushed nuts (optional).
