Ingredients
  

Cold Brew Base

  • 1 cup coarsely ground coffee dark roast preferred
  • 4 cups cold water filtered

Vanilla Coffee Assembly

  • 2 cups cold brew concentrate strained
  • 1 cup milk whole or oat milk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup adjust sweetness to taste
  • 1 cup ice for serving
  • 0.25 cup whipped cream optional topping

Instructions
 

  • Combine ground coffee and cold water in a large jar. Stir gently until every coffee ground looks saturated.
  • Cover the jar and refrigerate for at least twelve hours. Strain carefully through a fine mesh strainer.
  • Fill tall glasses with ice for extra chill and smoother texture. Pour cold brew concentrate evenly into glasses.
  • Stir milk and vanilla syrup into each glass slowly. Mix gently until creamy and balanced throughout.
  • Top with whipped cream if desired. Serve immediately while cold, smooth, and perfectly caffeinated for busy days.

Notes

Use extra milk for softer flavor or less milk for stronger coffee texture. Freeze leftover cold brew into cubes to prevent watery drinks. Stir gently during assembly for smoother layers. Customize flavor with caramel or cinnamon syrup. Store cold brew concentrate refrigerated for five days.
