A simple yet delicious layered ice cream cake made with fresh strawberries, bananas, and creamy vanilla ice cream, frozen into perfection.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream softened
  • 1 ½ cups strawberry ice cream softened
  • 2 ripe bananas sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers for base
  • ¼ cup melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter, pressing the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  • Layer softened vanilla ice cream over the graham cracker base and spread it evenly.
  • Add a layer of banana slices over the vanilla ice cream.
  • Spread softened strawberry ice cream on top, making it level.
  • Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread over the top layer.
  • Freeze for 3-4 hours until firm. Slice and serve chilled.
