Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs about 16 cookies
  • cup melted butter
  • 2 cups strawberry ice cream softened
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 8 Oreo cookies crushed
  • ½ cup strawberry puree optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine Oreo crumbs and melted butter, press into the bottom of a springform pan, and chill.
  • Soften strawberry ice cream, then layer it over the Oreo crust.
  • Whip the cream and fold in crushed Oreos.
  • Spread the whipped cream mixture over the ice cream layer.
  • Optionally, drizzle strawberry puree on top for extra flair.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours, then serve.
