- 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs about 16 cookies
- ⅓ cup melted butter
- 2 cups strawberry ice cream softened
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 8 Oreo cookies crushed
- ½ cup strawberry puree optional
Combine Oreo crumbs and melted butter, press into the bottom of a springform pan, and chill.
Soften strawberry ice cream, then layer it over the Oreo crust.
Whip the cream and fold in crushed Oreos.
Spread the whipped cream mixture over the ice cream layer.
Optionally, drizzle strawberry puree on top for extra flair.
Freeze for at least 4 hours, then serve.
