Ingredients
  

  • Espresso coffee beans: 18 grams
  • Filtered water: 30 ml
  • Oat cream or cashew cream: 60 ml
  • Maple syrup or agave syrup: 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract: 2–3 drops optional

Instructions
 

  • Grind 18 grams espresso beans finely for rich extraction.
  • Brew 30 ml espresso using an espresso machine or moka pot.
  • Warm oat or cashew cream gently in a saucepan; do not boil.
  • Stir maple syrup and vanilla into the warm cream until smooth.
  • Pour espresso into a cup first.
  • Slowly add sweet cream over the espresso.
  • Stir once, confidently, like you mean it.
