A creamy vegan French press coffee topped with sweet plant-based foam for a café-style drink at home.

- 4 tablespoons coarse ground coffee
- 2 cups hot water 480 ml
- ¾ cup oat milk 180 ml
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Add 4 tablespoons coarse ground coffee into the French press.
Pour 2 cups hot water (480 ml) over coffee grounds and stir gently.
Allow coffee to steep for 4 minutes, then press plunger slowly downward.
In a cup, combine ¾ cup oat milk (180 ml), 2 teaspoons maple syrup, and ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract.
Froth mixture for 30–40 seconds until thick foam forms.
Pour brewed coffee into mugs evenly.
Spoon sweet foam on top before serving.
