Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee chilled
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder about 30 grams
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur optional
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Brew espresso or strong coffee and chill it.
  • In a blender, combine the chilled coffee, vanilla protein powder, almond milk, mascarpone cheese, cocoa powder, and coffee liqueur.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour over ice cubes in a glass.
  • Garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder or a dollop of mascarpone, and enjoy!
