- 1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee chilled
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder about 30 grams
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur optional
- Ice cubes
Brew espresso or strong coffee and chill it.
In a blender, combine the chilled coffee, vanilla protein powder, almond milk, mascarpone cheese, cocoa powder, and coffee liqueur.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
