Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups brewed coffee
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp toasted coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp coconut cream

Instructions
 

  • Brew 2 cups coffee and keep warm.
  • Toast 2 tbsp coconut flakes in a skillet over low heat for 2 minutes.
  • Heat 2 cups coconut milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Whisk in 1 tbsp coconut cream, 1 tbsp maple syrup, and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
  • Pour coffee evenly into mugs.
  • Add coconut milk mixture into mugs and stir gently.
  • Sprinkle toasted coconut flakes on top.
