An extravagant ice cream cake that looks like it belongs in a museum but tastes way better than anything in it.

- 3 cups vanilla ice cream softened
- 2 cups berry ice cream softened
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 cup rock candy or edible crystals
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup chocolate syrup optional
- 1 tbsp edible glitter optional
Prepare the Crust:
Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into the bottom of the springform pan. Freeze for 10 minutes.
Layer the Ice Cream:
Layer softened vanilla ice cream over the crust. Freeze for 30 minutes. Repeat with berry ice cream.
Add Crystals:
Sprinkle the crushed rock candy on top for a geode-like effect. Freeze for another 2 hours.
Finish with Whipped Cream:
Once frozen, cover with whipped cream and drizzle chocolate syrup if desired. Add edible glitter for extra flair. Freeze for 3–4 hours.
Serve:
Remove from the pan, slice, and enjoy your masterpiece.
