An extravagant ice cream cake that looks like it belongs in a museum but tastes way better than anything in it.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream softened
  • 2 cups berry ice cream softened
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 cup rock candy or edible crystals
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup optional
  • 1 tbsp edible glitter optional

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Crust:
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into the bottom of the springform pan. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  • Layer the Ice Cream:
  • Layer softened vanilla ice cream over the crust. Freeze for 30 minutes. Repeat with berry ice cream.
  • Add Crystals:
  • Sprinkle the crushed rock candy on top for a geode-like effect. Freeze for another 2 hours.
  • Finish with Whipped Cream:
  • Once frozen, cover with whipped cream and drizzle chocolate syrup if desired. Add edible glitter for extra flair. Freeze for 3–4 hours.
  • Serve:
  • Remove from the pan, slice, and enjoy your masterpiece.
