Ingredients
  

  • Strong brewed coffee chilled: 1 cup
  • Coconut milk light or full-fat: 1 cup
  • Coconut cream: 2 tablespoons
  • Maple syrup or agave: 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla extract: ½ teaspoon
  • Ice cubes: 1½ cups
  • Toasted coconut flakes optional: 1 teaspoon

Instructions
 

  • Brew coffee and chill completely.
  • Add coffee and coconut milk to blender.
  • Add coconut cream and sweetener.
  • Pour in vanilla extract.
  • Add ice cubes.
  • Blend until smooth and frothy.
  • Pour into glasses.
  • Top with coconut flakes if desired.
