Ingredients
  

  • Fresh brewed coffee 2 cups
  • Oat milk or almond milk 1½ cups
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Ginger powder or fresh grated ⅛ tsp
  • Cinnamon ⅛ tsp
  • Black pepper for absorption A pinch
  • Maple syrup or coconut sugar 1–2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Brew 2 cups of coffee, strong and aromatic.
  • Warm 1½ cups plant milk on low flame.
  • Add ½ tsp turmeric, ⅛ tsp ginger, ⅛ tsp cinnamon, and a pinch of black pepper.
  • Whisk until silky and sunshine-gold.
