Ingredients
  

Vanilla Layer

  • Coconut cream chilled, thick part: 300 ml
  • Maple syrup: 3 tablespoons
  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon

Chocolate Coffee Swirl

  • Brewed strong coffee warm: 120 ml
  • Cocoa powder: 2 tablespoons
  • Cornstarch: 1 tablespoon

Instructions
 

  • Heat brewed coffee in a saucepan and whisk cocoa powder smoothly.
  • Add cornstarch and cook gently until slightly thickened, then cool.
  • Whip coconut cream with maple syrup and vanilla extract until fluffy.
  • Spoon vanilla cream into serving glasses halfway.
  • Drizzle chocolate coffee mixture over cream in circular motions.
  • Use a skewer or spoon to create gentle swirls.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours before serving confidently.
