Ingredients
  

  • 1 shot espresso hot or cooled, you do you
  • ¾ cup non-dairy milk almond, oat, or cashew—choose your fighter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave, for the overachievers
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Optional: splash of plant-based cream cinnamon dusting, delusions of Parisian café life

Instructions
 

  • Brew one strong espresso shot. Cool it if you’re not into lukewarm weirdness.
  • Toss espresso, plant milk, vanilla, syrup, and ice into your blender.
  • Blend until it’s so smooth you’ll question your standards.
  • Pour into a tall glass that says “I’m doing amazing, sweetie.”
  • Add toppings if you’re feeling dramatic. Straw required, pinky up optional.
