For the Vanilla Coffee Mousse
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp instant espresso powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Coffee Crumble
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tbsp instant coffee granules
- ¼ tsp salt
Prepare the Vanilla Coffee Mousse
Whip heavy cream, sugar, espresso powder, and vanilla until peaks form.
Refrigerate while making the crumble.
Make the Coffee Crumble

Mix flour, sugar, coffee, and salt.
