Ingredients
  

For the Vanilla Coffee Mousse

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp instant espresso powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Coffee Crumble

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee granules
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions
 

Prepare the Vanilla Coffee Mousse

  • Whip heavy cream, sugar, espresso powder, and vanilla until peaks form.
  • Refrigerate while making the crumble.

Make the Coffee Crumble

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix flour, sugar, coffee, and salt.
  • Stir in melted butter until crumbs form.
  • Bake on a sheet for 8-10 minutes until golden.

Assemble the Dessert

  • Spoon mousse into glasses.
  • Sprinkle crumble generously on top.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes.
  • Devour like no one’s watching.
