Ingredients
  

  • Instant coffee 2 tbsp
  • Coconut or light brown sugar 2 tbsp
  • Hot water 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract ½ tsp
  • Maple syrup optional sweetness 1 tsp
  • Plant milk oat, almond, soy 1½ cups
  • Ice cubes optional 1 cup

Instructions
 

  • Whip 2 tbsp coffee, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp hot water until thick and glossy.
  • Stir in ½ tsp vanilla extract for smooth fragrance.
  • Fill glasses with 1½ cups plant milk and ice if you want it chilled.
  • Spoon whipped coffee cream over milk gently.
  • Drizzle 1 tsp maple syrup and sip like you own the café.
