- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ½ cup chopped hazelnuts
- ¼ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons milk any kind
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Combine Wet Ingredients: Mix almond butter, honey, milk, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in oats, protein powder, hazelnuts, and a pinch of salt.
Transfer and Flatten: Spread the mixture evenly in a lined or greased baking dish.
Bake: Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes or until the edges are golden.
Cool and Slice: Let cool before cutting into bars.
