Ingredients
  

  • Strong brewed coffee chilled: 1 cup
  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Vegan honey alternative agave or date syrup: 2 teaspoons
  • Cold water or oat milk: ½ cup
  • Ice cubes: 1½ cups
  • Vanilla bean powder optional: ⅛ teaspoon

Instructions
 

  • Brew coffee strong and allow it to cool completely.
  • Fill two glasses with ice cubes.
  • Add chilled coffee evenly to both glasses.
  • Pour cold water or oat milk over ice.
  • Add vanilla extract to each glass.
  • Stir in vegan honey alternative until dissolved.
  • Sprinkle vanilla powder lightly on top if using.
  • Stir gently and serve immediately.
