Ingredients

Coffee Base

40 g medium ground coffee
200 g hot water
200 g ice cubes

Vanilla Finish

2 tsp vanilla syrup
milk to taste optional

Instructions

Place ice cubes in a heatproof carafe.
Set dripper with filter over the carafe.
Add coffee grounds and level gently.
Bloom with a little hot water for 30 seconds.
Slowly pour remaining hot water in circles.
Fresh coffee drips onto ice and chills instantly.
Stir in vanilla syrup until blended smoothly.
Serve over fresh ice with milk if desired.

Notes

For softer flavor, add extra ice or milk. For stronger flavor, increase coffee grams slightly. Freeze leftover coffee into cubes for later drinks. Stir vanilla while coffee is cold for even mixing. Add cinnamon or caramel for flavor customization. Serve immediately for best aroma.
