  • Almond milk – 1 cup
  • Frozen banana – 1 medium
  • Maple syrup – 1 tbsp
  • Ground cinnamon – ½ tsp
  • Ground ginger – ¼ tsp
  • Ground cardamom – ⅛ tsp
  • Vanilla extract – ½ tsp
  • Ice cubes – ½ cup

Instructions
 

  • Brew chai with tea leaves, cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom. Cool it completely.
  • Add chai, almond milk, and banana to a blender.
  • Add maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ice cubes.
