- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups oat milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cubes optional

Add 1 frozen banana and 1/3 cup rolled oats into a blender.
