Ingredients
  

  • Instant coffee powder: 2 tablespoons
  • Granulated sugar: 2 tablespoons
  • Hot water: 2 tablespoons
  • Unsweetened almond milk: 300 ml
  • Ice cubes: 1 cup

Instructions
 

  • Add instant coffee powder, sugar, and hot water into a mixing bowl.
  • Whisk vigorously for 6–8 minutes until thick, fluffy, and pale.
  • Fill two glasses evenly with ice cubes.
  • Pour 150 ml almond milk into each glass gently.
  • Spoon whipped coffee mixture over milk evenly.
