A creamy vegan white chocolate coffee, chilled, silky, sweet, and dangerously easy to crave again.

- Strong brewed coffee ¾ cup
- Oat or almond milk 1 cup
- Vegan white chocolate chips 2 tbsp
- Maple syrup 1 tbsp
- Vanilla extract ¼ tsp
- Ice cubes 6–8
Warm 1 cup plant milk and melt 2 tbsp white chocolate in it until smooth.
Add 1 tbsp maple syrup and ¼ tsp vanilla; stir like you own the café.
Fill two glasses with 6–8 ice cubes.
Pour in ¾ cup brewed coffee, then the white chocolate mixture.
