Ingredients
  

  • Fresh espresso: 30 ml
  • Unsweetened almond milk or oat milk: 180 ml
  • Vegan white chocolate chips: 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla extract: ¼ teaspoon
  • Maple syrup or agave: 1 teaspoon optional
  • Pinch of salt: optional

Instructions
 

  • Brew 30 ml espresso and keep it hot.
  • Heat plant milk in a saucepan over low heat.
  • Add vegan white chocolate chips to warm milk.
  • Whisk gently until fully melted and smooth.
  • Stir in vanilla extract and optional sweetener.
  • Pour espresso into a mug.
  • Add the white chocolate milk mixture over espresso.
  • Stir softly and serve warm.
