Ingredients
- 1 cup dried figs
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup coffee grounds
- ¼ cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp water if needed
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse the dried figs until finely chopped.
- Add oats, coffee grounds, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, chia seeds, and salt. Blend until mixed.
- If the mixture is too dry, add water one tablespoon at a time.
