A vegan salted caramel mocha combining espresso, cocoa, plant milk, and a silky caramel note with a confident salt finish.
Ingredients
- Fresh espresso: 30 ml
- Unsweetened oat milk or almond milk: 180 ml
- Unsweetened cocoa powder: 1 tablespoon
- Date syrup or vegan caramel syrup: 1½ teaspoons
- Sea salt: ⅛ teaspoon
- Vanilla extract: ¼ teaspoon
Instructions
- Brew 30 ml espresso and keep hot.
- Heat plant milk gently in a saucepan.
- Whisk cocoa powder until fully dissolved.
- Add date syrup and vanilla extract.
- Sprinkle sea salt and stir evenly.
