  • Fresh espresso: 30 ml
  • Unsweetened oat milk or almond milk: 180 ml
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Date syrup or vegan caramel syrup: 1½ teaspoons
  • Sea salt: ⅛ teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract: ¼ teaspoon

Instructions
 

  • Brew 30 ml espresso and keep hot.
  • Heat plant milk gently in a saucepan.
  • Whisk cocoa powder until fully dissolved.
  • Add date syrup and vanilla extract.
  • Sprinkle sea salt and stir evenly.
