Ingredients
Irish Cream Syrup
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder sifted
- 1 tsp instant espresso powder
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.5 tsp almond extract optional
- 1 pinch salt optional
Instructions
- Whisk together the sugar, water, cocoa powder, and espresso powder in a saucepan until completely smooth.
