A smooth vegan iced coffee combining vanilla warmth, toffee-like sweetness, and rich caramel notes over chilled coffee.
Ingredients
- Strong brewed coffee chilled: 300 ml
- Unsweetened oat milk: 200 ml
- Vegan caramel syrup: 2 tablespoons
- Vegan toffee syrup: 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla extract: ½ teaspoon
- Brown sugar optional: 1 teaspoon
- Ice cubes: 1½ cups
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Heat oat milk gently in a saucepan over low heat.
- Add caramel syrup, toffee syrup, brown sugar, and sea salt.
- Stir continuously for 1–2 minutes until fully dissolved.
- Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract.
- Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour chilled brewed coffee evenly into each glass.
- Add vanilla toffee caramel milk mixture on top.
