Ingredients
  

  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • 1 quart chocolate ice cream
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup colorful sprinkles
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • Birthday candles optional but highly recommended

Instructions
 

  • Allow vanilla ice cream to soften slightly. Spread evenly in the springform pan. Freeze for 1 hour.
  • Sprinkle half the chocolate cookie crumbs over the vanilla layer. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the crumbs. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Soften chocolate ice cream and spread it over the cookie crumb layer. Freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
  • Remove the cake from the pan and frost it with whipped topping. Decorate with sprinkles and candles.
  • Freeze for another hour before serving.
