Ingredients
  

For Chicken Caesar Wrap:

  • 2 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large tortillas wrap-size
  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing

For Coffee Ice Cream:

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp instant espresso powder
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: chocolate chips ¼ cup or coffee liqueur (1 tbsp)

Instructions
 

  • Chicken Caesar Wrap:
  • Rub chicken with oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Grill for 6–7 minutes each side. Slice thin once rested.
  • Toss chopped romaine, Parmesan, Caesar dressing, and crushed croutons.
  • Lay tortillas flat. Add salad mix and sliced chicken.
  • Wrap tightly. Toast in skillet 1 minute per side (optional).
  • Cut diagonally like you're on a food blog.
  • Coffee Ice Cream:
  • Whisk yolks with half the sugar until pale.
  • Heat cream, milk, espresso powder, and rest of sugar until steamy—not boiling.
  • Slowly mix hot liquid into yolks. Return to pan.
  • Stir constantly over low heat until it thickens slightly.
  • Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Chill completely.
  • Churn in ice cream maker per manufacturer’s midlife-crisis manual.
  • Freeze until firm. Add chocolate or liqueur if unhinged.
