Chicken Caesar Wrap:
Rub chicken with oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Grill for 6–7 minutes each side. Slice thin once rested.
Toss chopped romaine, Parmesan, Caesar dressing, and crushed croutons.
Lay tortillas flat. Add salad mix and sliced chicken.
Wrap tightly. Toast in skillet 1 minute per side (optional).

Coffee Ice Cream:
Whisk yolks with half the sugar until pale.
Heat cream, milk, espresso powder, and rest of sugar until steamy—not boiling.
Slowly mix hot liquid into yolks. Return to pan.
Stir constantly over low heat until it thickens slightly.
Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Chill completely.
