A thick, vegan mocha coffee shake blended with cocoa, plant milk, and ice for dramatic summer relief.

Ingredients
  

  • Strong brewed coffee chilled: 1 cup
  • Unsweetened almond milk or oat milk: 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder unsweetened: 2 tablespoons
  • Maple syrup or agave: 2 tablespoons
  • Vegan vanilla ice cream: 2 scoops
  • Ice cubes: 1½ cups
  • Vanilla extract: ½ teaspoon
  • Dark chocolate shavings optional: 1 tablespoon

Instructions
 

  • Add chilled coffee to the blender.
  • Pour plant milk over the coffee.
  • Add cocoa powder and maple syrup.
  • Drop in vegan ice cream scoops.
  • Add ice cubes and vanilla extract.
  • Blend until thick and smooth.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Pour into glasses and top with chocolate shavings.
