Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Cream together butter, sugars, and vanilla in another bowl.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  • Gradually mix in dry ingredients until dough forms.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Scoop dough onto a baking sheet, spacing cookies 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
  • For the coffee dipping sauce, heat coffee, cream, and sugar in a saucepan.
  • Stir and simmer until it thickens slightly.
  • Stir in vanilla and remove from heat.
  • Let the cookies cool, then serve with the warm coffee dipping sauce.
