Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk or coconut milk
  • 2 shots espresso ½ cup strong coffee
  • ¼ cup coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp sugar or sweetener
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

  • Add coconut cream, sugar, and vanilla extract into a bowl, then whisk until smooth.
  • Heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat until warm.
  • Froth milk until slightly thick and airy.
  • Brew espresso or strong coffee.
  • Pour milk into a glass, filling halfway.
  • Add espresso slowly over the milk to create layers.
  • Spoon coconut cream mixture on top.
  • Add ice before milk if making an iced version.
  • Serve immediately and stir gently if desired.
