  • 1 cup Medjool dates pitted
  • ¾ cup pecans
  • 1 tbsp espresso powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • ½ cup rolled oats

Instructions
 

  • Add dates, pecans, espresso, chia seeds, and oats into the food processor. Blend until it sticks like drama at a family reunion.
