- ½ cup almond or peanut butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: ¼ cup vegan chocolate chips or chopped walnuts
