Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup dates pitted
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp espresso powder
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1-2 tbsp water if needed

Instructions
 

  • Blend oats, dates, cacao powder, espresso powder, and salt in a food processor.
  • Add almond butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Blend until smooth.
  • Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, if needed to adjust consistency.
  • Press the mixture into a parchment-lined 8x8 pan.
  • Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
  • Cut into bars and enjoy your caffeine-fueled goodness!
