- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup dates pitted
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp espresso powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1-2 tbsp water if needed
Blend oats, dates, cacao powder, espresso powder, and salt in a food processor.
Add almond butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Blend until smooth.
Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, if needed to adjust consistency.
Press the mixture into a parchment-lined 8x8 pan.
Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
