Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, coffee, coconut oil, and maple syrup.
In another bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until combined.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 55–60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool, slice, and devour.
