  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee cooled
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, coffee, coconut oil, and maple syrup.
  • In another bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until combined.
  • Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter into the loaf pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 55–60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let it cool, slice, and devour.
