Coffee-infused, nutty oat bites with a crunchy texture and rich glaze.

- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup hazelnuts chopped
- ¼ cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp instant espresso powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Spread hazelnuts and oats on a baking sheet.
Toast for 8-10 minutes, stirring once.
In a saucepan, heat almond butter, syrup, espresso powder, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Stir until smooth.
Pour the warm mixture over toasted oats and nuts.
Mix well and form into small bites.
Let cool before serving.
