- 2 cups mixed nuts almonds, cashews, pecans, walnuts
- ¼ cup brewed coffee
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp butter or coconut oil
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine nuts in a bowl. Stir to mix.
Heat coffee, sugar, maple syrup, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth.
Pour the glaze over nuts and mix well.
Spread nuts in an even layer on the baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
Let cool completely before devouring.
