  • 2 cups mixed nuts almonds, cashews, pecans, walnuts
  • ¼ cup brewed coffee
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp butter or coconut oil
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
