  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/4 cup coffee strong brewed
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepan, combine heavy cream, butter, brown sugar, and coffee. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly until the mixture thickens (about 10 minutes).
  • Remove from heat and stir in the softened cream cheese, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  • Gradually add powdered sugar, stirring until completely combined and smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a prepared 8x8-inch pan lined with parchment paper or sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Let the fudge set in the fridge for at least 2 hours. For quicker results, freeze for 30-45 minutes.
  • Cut into squares, drizzle with more coffee syrup (optional), and enjoy.
