Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp ground coffee
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1-2 tbsp water as needed

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, blend oats, pecans, coffee, and salt until finely chopped.
  • Add almond butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Blend until smooth.
  • Add water a tablespoon at a time until the mixture is moldable but not too sticky.
  • Press mixture into a parchment-lined 8x8 pan.
  • Chill in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
  • Slice into bars, and get snacking!
