- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee cooled
- 1/3 cup mixed nuts almonds, walnuts, cashews—dealer’s choice
- 2 tbsp nut butter almond or peanut
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
Toss oats, cinnamon, and nuts into a food processor and pulse until chunky.
Add nut butter, maple syrup, coffee, vanilla, and sea salt.
Blend until it becomes a thick, slightly sticky dough.
