Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup granola your fave, just keep it crunchy
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp instant espresso powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped dark vegan chocolate optional but not really

Instructions
 

  • Toss granola and espresso powder in a mixing bowl.
  • Stir in almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt until sticky magic forms.
  • Add chocolate, mix again, and try not to eat it all raw.
  • Scoop into 1-inch bites and gently press to shape.
  • Chill for 10 minutes so they hold up during your meltdown.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
