- 1 cup granola your fave, just keep it crunchy
- ¼ cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp instant espresso powder
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- 2 tbsp chopped dark vegan chocolate optional but not really
Toss granola and espresso powder in a mixing bowl.
Stir in almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt until sticky magic forms.
Add chocolate, mix again, and try not to eat it all raw.
Scoop into 1-inch bites and gently press to shape.
Chill for 10 minutes so they hold up during your meltdown.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
